Body panels are made here for the Appia - Aurelia and Flaminia
Preparation of the cranks. All are dynamically balanced before assembly. Crank is put in place. Assembly of the liners and pistons into the alloy engine block.
Assembly of the heads Mounting the heads on the engine. Distribution chain.
Fixing of the damper on the front end of the crank. Each engine is run in for a few hours at various speeds. Assembly of the rear transaxle.
Balancing the friction plate. Each transaxle is tested for 45' at various speeds for silence and smoothness. If not OK it is scrapped! Front suspension and steering elements.
The "wedding". Assembly of body and mechanical parts. Here the interior is being finished. Instruments and accessories.
