Dina: "Welcome to the press release of Sim Sister. Now - we all know that the series will kick off tomorrow, here at the SS Studios, and behind me the ticket offices are rammed with orders for the launch, however, we, or should I say, you, don't know much about the series, so we're here to share a few secrets with you, ahead of the Live Launch with me and Nina tomorrow."
The studios this year have 3 entrance gates, ticket offices, bars and cafes and a large studio room for the evictee interviews. The studio is directly opposite the Sim Sister House. |

Meanwhile as Dina headed to show us the main studios we bumped into Nina the other presenter for the series.
Nina - "Oh, hi. Sorry, how rude of me, I'm just getting my tea break underway, I'll be in the studios with Dina in just a moment."
Cameraman - "Aren't you going to offer us a coffee?"
Nina - "(Laughs) You've got work to do first!" |

Dina: "So... welcome to our studios, as you can see they are very bright, very yellow and pink, much the colours of the series. We have these comfy sofas for the evictees, and the winner of course to sit on during evictions, and the lights currently flashing behind me will only normally be active during special occasions, such as when the evictee enters or we announce the evictee."

Nina - "Yes, this studio is lovely, but I am sure you're more interested in the housemates and the house which we will be seeing for the next 45 days. First we'll give you a few housemate clues and facts and then we'll give you an insight to the house, with a bird's eye view plan of the house"
Dina - "That's right, we have 9 housemates in this series, but one of them is very special, you'll find out more tomorrow night at the Launch. Anyway, here are some facts of the 8 housemates entering first." |

Dina: "I assure you, we have a cracking bunch, I've seen the audition tapes of some of them and they are going to be pure entertainment, but anyway, here are some facts and clues about them I have been given by the producers:
- One of the housemates is obsessed with practical jokes
- One of the housemates is a former football (soccer) hooligan
- One of the housemates claims to be Bob Marley's biggest fan
- One of the housemates reckons he will be the next '40 year old virgin'
- One of the housemates cannot go more than 3 days with alcohol, cigarettes or TV.
- One of the housemates still struggles to do her 9 times tables
- One of the housemates says she is here to relive her life before she dies
- The final housemate says her most precious thing in life is her vibrator, she finds it more precious than her children. |

Dina: "What a bunch, they seem like a great group. You can't exactly make out much of thier appearances from the image above, due to the mosaic disguise, but thier personalities are apparent.

Nina: "The house is very big and spacious, and seems freindly at first, however after a while it will become uncomfortable, with bright and disturbing lights, a lack of fun facilties and there are no locks on the doors of anything, apart from the entrance and the diary room of course."
All secret rooms have been constructed after the shots were taken and any rooms that were built before have been edited out so no objects can be made out from it. |

Dina: "There is a sauna which will be closed unless SS decides to open it and there is also a privelidge bedroom, which will be awarded to one housemate each week who the housemates think deserves it. There is a pool outside and a jacuzzi which has been changed since these shots were taken. One thing with the bathroom - there will be hot water only available at 6am-8am in the morning and 9pm-9.20pm at night, so showers and baths will be a problem in the house, maybe? |

Nina: "The housemates will be allowed to go to sleep when they want and will be able to wake up when they want, but hot water times are limited so hopefully the lounging around and napping will also be limited."
Dina: "There are many places that Sim Sister can lock and remove if the housemates are no cooperating or behaving as Sim Sister wants them to"
Nina: "There is an outdoor hut this year which is a place to get away from the housemates and read a book, but there is a sneaky thing in there. At any time Sim Sister can lock the door and a housemate in there will get a live sound feed from the other housemates microphones. So if Sim Sister is feeling nasty it can reveal some plans or back stabbing to the other housemates in the hut. How cunning.... |

Dina: "There is so much to discuss, so many tasks and twist, but we can't reveal it all, you will have to watch to find out. So we hope that we have whetted your appetite, so please join us, when this studio will be full, to see the housemates enter the house - live. Oh and the first twist. You won't want to miss it."
