Sim Sister - Special Article One: Second Time Lucky
This was the logo in which reperesented the last series. The
creator of TS2W created this logo, which was greatly appreciated. Somehow I managed to scrabble out some old things regarding my failed series, including some old episodes and a full archive of housemates. I will show you what the previous series was like and will guide you through what happened. I will also reveal why the series
really didn't continue.
The Entertainers
The bunch of housemates, which were celebrities, were a bright bunch, causing conflict, love and bitching right from Day 1. The spy-room twist just amplified the whole situation and boiled over on Day 13. In the house we had; Chris Evans, Declan Donnelly, Eva Mendes, Melanie Sykes, Paul O'Grady, Kelly Brook, Graham Norton and Lizzie Bardsley. Lizzie and Chris were the most vibrant and caused the most conflict, Dec and Eva also began to get in on in the house, we don't know the current status of thier relationship now
Working 9 til 5
The tasks were very unique during the time in which Sim Sister was run. Although there was controversy about the prison task, also done at TSZ Sim Brother 4, there was no copying done on my behalf. I decided to do the task weeks before my series came out. However, one task which was totally unique was the teams task (Red vs Blue) it caused divisions, upset and tiredness, as shown by Paul O'grady when he failed to win points for his team. We promise you more unique and better tasks for the upcoming series, we have some corkers up our sleeves!
Do the twist
The twists which we actually managed to implement caused real drama, especially when house hate figure, Chris Evans went to the spyroom and over heard people talking about him, only to go back in a few days later to a very embaressed Lizzie Bardsley. It was a classic, and we promise to have many more moments like this in the next series we have upcoming. Many twists could not be revealed as the series was cut short, but we are saving some of them for this series, so we won't say what they were, we want a surprise, don't we now?
The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth...
There were many reasons for finishing the previous series earlier than anticipated. One was in my opinion - the partnership between me and the website owner wasn't too good. I prefer to have individuality and I felt he was taking too much of a role in the show, which was hindering my progress. I also seemed to have to work around his timetable which wasn't convenient, and having to write out all the episodes in full HTML wasn't ideal for my daily schedule.

But with all this not present this time around, the series should run a whole lot smoother. I appreciate the confidence and help put into my previous effort, but I prefer to do it solo, and I have learnt alot of new things this series. Let's hope it goes better, eh?
To the future!
Anyhow, never mind the past series. This article just gave you an insight into what may be in store for this series, and although cut short, the last series wasn't a faliure during its time. Accumilating 500 plus viewers for one episode, we were astonished.

The series kicks off in just a week, and the housemates are in thier final week of hiding, the final touches are being put on the house and the cameras are ready to roll for 5 weeks of action. Expect more special articles prior to the Launch. Adverts and promotions will be coming you way soon!
