DAY 4 - It's Monday in the Sim Sister House, and it's time for yet another mini task for the housemates to complete. The housemates have 2 fails so far, and for Queen and Josh to be immune from the boot this Friday they must get 7 fails in total throughout the week. Today there are another 3 fails up for grabs, Josh and Queen must get them all.

So far this morning, Queen has been the only one to get up, After reading a book in the hut, she decided to take advantage of the 24/7 hot water supply and take a refreshing bubble bath.
Today's Task: The second task of the weekly task is to run a small pet shop business. Josh and Queen, as ever are the leaders and will not take part. Today, Josh and Queen must decide for a person to have a day off, the other six will divide into two teams of three, to work two different shifts. Team One will do an 11am-2pm shift, the others will do a 3pm-6pm shift. Each team must have a store manager. They must tender the animals, which are two hamsters, a budgie and the house fish tank. Each animal must have 2 feed ups, 2 check ups and a buyer to inspect them. The manager must also report on what the animals do over a 15 minute period, it must be accurate. A fail can be incurred if:

- A housemate leaves the store area. Seats will be provided.
- A housemate fails to wear his/ or her uniform at all times
- Each of the requirements regarding food, check ups and animal analysis are not met.
9.03AM - Tyler has just got up and missed the hot water times, he has not had a bath for over 48 hours now.

Tyler: "Come on, now. Turn on the hot water"

Sim Sister: "Tyler. You know the rules. There is a set time for the hot water to run, and that time is the only time it will run"

Tyler: "Well all them are taking up the time, having half an hour flaming baths"

Sim Sister: "Hard cheese. It is up to you, the housemates to decide who goes in and when, if that does not work then you could always arrange a rota. It is not our fault that you are unable to cleanse yourself at this moment in time."

Tyler: "So you're telling me I've got to have a shower at antartic tempritures?"

Sim Sister: "If you are so fussed about your hygeine then you would"

Tyler: "I think I'd rather wait until tomorrow. I'm having the first shower of the day"

Sim Sister: "Anything else?"
Tyler: "Yes actually. Caroline pissed me off a bit yesterday, blaming all the task failiures of everyone else, saying that there are plots going on. Nonsense. If she doesn't pick up her ways, they'll be bother tonight"

Sim Sister: "Is there something not missing this week?"

Tyler: "How do you mean?"

Sim Sister: "Never mind, you may realise sometime during the week."

Tyler: "Ok... wierd, anyway, I'm going to go and have a .... COLD shower"

Sim Sister: "Enjoy"
10.45AM - It is time for the second mini task of the week. Today they must tender animals in a pet shop in two teams on two seperate shifts. The task has just been revealed to the housemates. They now have a new option.

Sim Sister: "As an extra special treat, we are giving one of you the chance to have a day off from work"

The announcement is met with an uproar of cheers, silence soon falls again as the tannoy belts out.
Sim Sister: "Josh and Queen, you must now choose who deserves a day off"

Josh: "Ermm.. who we going for Queen?"

They talk for a bit, exchanging nods of approval and decline, finally they come to a decision

Josh: "We've decided that Dudley should, but it hasn't been deserved, we just thought that because he was slack we should give him the day off as we don't want to get anymore fails"
11.01PM - Team One which consists of Nick, Tyler and Casey have just begun thier 3 hour shift. Meanwhile, Queen and Josh have gone off, this time into the Jacuzzi for another tactical chat.

Josh: "We've messed up big time today"

Queen: "How have we? i thought we had it all sussed earlier"

Josh: "Yeah, but we picked Dudley because we thought, if we give off the impression of bad work equalling rewards it would work, but cause it ain't going to..."
Queen: "...because no-one wants to fail"

Josh: "Exactly. They were arguing because they wanted to pass, not fail.... bummer.. we've messed up completely, we should have given a person less likely to fail a day off. Sim Sister has just given us a gift to glory and we threw it away. We've got some thinking to do no, babe"
12.59PM - Team one are into thier 3rd hour of thier shift, almost. So far no fails have been incurred. Casey and Tyler have took the opportunity to reflect on the past days...

Tyler: "So why did you p*ss in the fish tank?"

Casey: "Oh look, do we have to bring it up? What happened to a clean slate?"

Tyler: "I never wiped the chalkboard with you, mate. I never will"
That was not the only spat of trouble looming in the house, as the girls get ready for thier shift already.

Caroline: "Why did you snap at me yesterday in the lounge?"

Amy: "Because you can't go around blaming everyone for your lazyness"

Caroline: "Lazyness? It was merely a lack of communication on Queen b*tches part."

Amy: "That's bull. If you had got off your backside and checked the time there would have been no problems. Hopefully you will have learnt from your mistakes and will do better today in the task"

Caroline: "Look, I have my own approaches and that is the way it is going to be, don't p*ss me off any further, the lack of cigs is getting to me"
Later in the day, Amy came to the Diary Room to complain about Caroline, she was in there a total of 49 minutes. 79% of it was about Caroline, the rest was general chat.

Is a vicious rift going to evolve from this? Only the coming days will tell us the answer to that.
3.16PM - It is now the turn of Team two to work thier shift, 3-6pm. They have been working for 15 minutes, and already a fail has been incurred.

Caroline: "Ruth! You're not wearing the uniform"

Ruth: "Yeah?"

Caroline: "Yeah? Yeah what!? You're suppose to wear a uniform"

Queen: "But Queen.."

Caroline: "Queen what? Oh for heavens sakes, just don't listen to her, she's dumb, I swear she wants us to fail, and Josh too"

Amy: "That's rich coming from you"
Caroline: "Oh don't start again. I think you're just out to make trouble tonight, remember, when I am on a lack of essentials I'm not someone to cross"

Amy: "If that's a threat, or an excuse then don't bother, because I won't be budged by it nor will I buy your petty excuses. I'm bored of your attitude but I'll have to put up with it for another 4 days at least"

Caroline: "At the maximum more like, you'll be the first out, mark my words"

Ruth: "Oh quit it now... it's a pet shop not a nursery, we've got one fail today, we'll just have to be alert now. Keep your wits about you, and focus, if you can't get on, have a bit of silence... I'm talking to the parrot, now shh"
10.39PM - Most of the housemates are getting ready for bed. Dudley, Casey, Nick and Queen are in the bathroom.

Queen: "Hey, Nick. I heard you last night"

Nick: "Heard me what?"

Queen: "Talking about me"

Dudley: "Ohh. Caught in the act, man"

Queen: "Nah, it was all good, I heard your compliments"
Nick: "Nah, it's nothing, it was just a fling when I entered."

Queen: "You didn't enter last night, just admit it"

Nick: "Yeah well..."

Dudley: "Blushing are we? Don't fret, she'll get you in bed in a matter of seconds"

Queen: "Oi. I'm not a tart you know"
11.55PM - As it nears midnight, Josh found Queen alone in the garden daydreaming on the lawn beside the pond.

Josh: "What you thinking?"

Queen: "You know what I can't wait for this task to be over. I don't care about the private room, or 24/7 hot water. I just want to interact rather than betray them"

Josh: 'Well we can't give up now, we need to continue to save ourselves"

Queen: "But I like them now"
Josh: "Yes, I know, I liked them all along, but we have to do what we have to do. This is a gameshow, it is there to be won, we need some contenders, and that is what we are. We need to live up to our roles. We can't back down and be weak"

Queen: "You know it's hard for me though, don't you?"

Josh: "Of course I do. We're in the same situation, love. We need to tackle it and get it over and done with. All will be forgotten next week"
Queen: "I hope so"

Josh: "Look - at least we've got each other as freinds. We need to stick together now more than ever. The others will realise that strong bonds are needed and will jump onto the bandwagon. It's not them and us, it's all together. Let's just focus on the task"

Queen: "Thanks. I'm feeling a little better now..... you know I love you, don't you?"

Josh: "Whatever, babes. Just stick with me and it'll be all good"
Next time... It's all building up in the house. The task is taking it's toll and is turning out to be a cracker of a first week. As groups and pairs begin to form. Love begins to develop, as does the hate, we leave them to catch some zee's. Ruth, Amy and Caroline, unusually had a chat, before again it turned bitchy, only for Amy to head off back to bed.

So tomorrow. Will Amy and Caroline try to get on? Will Josh and Queen get it on? and where does poor Nick fall into this? Will Tyler get a bath? and how many more fails will the group accumulate. They now have 3 fails, so, so far Josh and Queen will be the ones up for eviction this week.
GOLDEN TICKET COMPETITION UPDATE

People seem to be out on the prowl for golden tickets and now both tickets up for offers have been found, good news indeed. But are we making it too easy?

We have now changed the rules and the tickets will now stand for as many people as we wish to find it. However, the ticket expires 24 hours after is it issued, so if it is after that timescale then we will just award the ticket to the first finder. So there is a possibility of more ticket finders now.
The next ticket is located in an official sims forum, we will not say which forum, but it is an official sims forum. So get searching. It can be in any topic, and it could be in any edited post, but use your heads and think what type of post would it be in?
