| Richard Siudak Rick has been with Lance since 1999. Prior to that he worked for North Ride Chevy in Brown Deer Wi. He has 16+ years in the automotive field and maintains ASE Master Technician certification. He gave 4 years service to the US air force as a pavement maintenance specialist. He enjoys rebuilding classic cars and spent many hours in his fathers shop growing up. |

| Mike Gervais Mike enjoys fishing and 4-wheeling. He also enjoys working on cars, this is something he has been doing since he was 15 years old. He wants to be an auto mechanic and has been with Lance since high school. |

| Nick Wagner Nick attended Universal Technical Institute and has worked at the VW/Audi dealership as well as a Chrysler dealership before coming to join Lance. On his off time Nick enjoys playing golf, waterskiing, and during the cold winter months here in Wisconsin Nick enjoys snowmobiling. |
