Essential question: What are
some changes that happen in a community over time?
Marvin Wilson: In the olden
days people used to travel in buggies.
Cameron Napier: Now we have
planes and cars instead of buggies.
JT: People had no airplanes.
Cory Williams: Schools used
to have one room. Now there are many classrooms plus music, art,
and library rooms.
Emmalee McCurdy: People used
to walk to school. There were no buses.
Samantha May: People used
to dress differently. Women would always were dresses. Men
would wear pants and a vest.
Essential question: How do
changes affect people and their environment?
RT: A tornado or a flood
can tear down houses.
NJ: A tornado is hot and
cold air mixed together. Some people can die. A tornado messes
up your stuff.
Leeann McGeorge: In a storm
you could get injured and have to stay with relatives.
Cory Williams: If there is
a big storm, your power could go out. You would need to use candles.
A big storm can also affect getting clean water, you would have to get
it from the lake.
