Food stamps
Unemployment
It's not enough
It doesn't cover our needs
It's just me and my sis
And she's got two little ones
The kids eat everything
They're growin' like weeds
They need clothes that food stamps don't buy
They need pull ups
Potty training two toddlers is hard when you don't have a clue how
There's noone else to help
Finding a job is hard
Our parents are refusing
They don't seem to understand
We don't have a choice
We need what they won't give
I could get a job today and it wouldn't be on time
Electricity's gone in four days
Sis has gotta be outta her apartment end of the month
Economy's down
But nobody cares
Not about two twenty-somethings and two toddlers
Barely surviving now
Unsure of the future
Scared to death of what's coming
No clue what's coming
No clue how we'll get through
Is anybody out there?
It doesn't seem like it
