| 1 fish steak, about 8 ounces |
| Seasonings |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cooking wine pinch of black pepper pinch of garlic powder 2 slices ginger |
| 1. Rinse and drain fish; part dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with seasoning, marinate 20 minutes. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a fry pan over medium high heat. Pan-fry fish steak until both sides are golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. |
