Heffer begs Rocko to join the girl scouts with him and Filbert. Rocko reluctantly agrees. When they arrive at the meeting, all of them have to sit down and put on the sorting hat. When the hat's placed on Rocko's head, the genie of the hat (played by Sean Connery) comes out, enraged that a boy would dare join the girl scouts, and curses Rocko with an enchanted knife. Each week the knife gets Rocko and the gang into all sorts of crazy adventures.
