COLD

Alone I sit in this darkened world,
Alone with anger and your harsh words.
And I sit alone with the pain that hurts me so,
You keep showing things she could never know.
A wild animal, you feed from my fear.
The voice whispers to your ear.
The eyes of hatred, dark and cold,
Slice and tear apart my soul.

Its becoming so old,
Feeling numbed, by this freezing cold.
Its not my fault if I have visible scars,
At least you know, who you are.
Because I know, when my blood sheds,
Just like yours, it wont turn red.
Am I just that cold?

I close my eyes, try and trap the pain,
But the tears keep falling, down like rain.
You look satisfied now I'm broken apart,
The stares destroying, whats left of my heart.
You'll excuse it tomorrow as justified punishment,
Knowing, deep down, your inflicting pure torment,
To a person thats trapped in a cage,
And now I'm scarred by this hateful rage.

Its become so old,
feeling numbed, by this freezing cold.
Its not my fault if I have visible scars,
At least you know, who you are.
Because I know, when my blood sheds,
Just like yours, it wont turn red.
I'm just that cold.

I feel so... cold.
Tears so... cold.
I feel so... cold.
These tears are so cold.
