After Lambert & Nuttycombe split, Craig recorded a solo album released on A&M records in 1978. In 1990, he released My Own Beat independently and has produced two more solo albums since. His most recent work features the talent of local California musicians and very personal lyrics, resulting in a homegrown, uplifting, comforting sound.
