The walk to the lake is filled with beautiful scenery. Being that it's just right over the hill makes for beautiful sunsets that Lambec is famous for. The Lake is open for swimming during free times or open to walk on the beach when with a counselor for bible study times. In the past we have had group devotions on the beach as well as beach parties! They are always a blast. In the morning during the week we have what is called polar bear swimming where you have the opportunity to get up early if you want and with a lifeguard's supervision take a dunk in the lake, if you do this every morning you get a polar bear certificate. It takes a brave soul to handle that cold water!
