Phi gain leadership skills through taking an active role in the governing
of the local chapter, as well as involvement in academic and social groups.

Lambda Delta Phi Sorority is a social organization designed to enhance and enrich the lives of its members. We feel a student who studies hard, and who seeks involvement in activities representative of the larger American society, will get more from college; indeed, will get more from life. We are fortunate women who have an opportunity to realize our full potential. If we can share some part of our time, our talents, or our money with persons who are not as fortunate, then we will come closer to fulfilling our societal obligations.
The Lambda Delta Phi National
