A.  Delegates Expenses-Reimbursement of registration of PTA representatives to annual PTA conventions,attendance to County Council Dinners.

B.  Mercer County/Hamilton Township annual dues for County and Township membership.

C.  Student Aid Fund-Contribution to the county PTA used for scholarships for High School level Mercer County students.

D.  Insurance and Bonding- Group liability insurance for the PTA.

E.  Publicity and Film- Film and film developing for Lalor School staff, PTA Board, and yaerbook  for Lalor School events.

F.  Alumni Award- Scholarship given to a Hamilton High West student(s) that attended Lalor School .

G.  Office Supplies- Supplies needed to conduct PTA business and mailings.

H.  Refreshments- Expenses for light snacks and refreshments for PTA sponsored activities.

I.  Paper Good Supply- Plates, napkins, cups, etc. for all PTA sponsored activities.

J.  5th Grade T-shirts- cost of T-shirts for the 5th grade parting class including teachers and principal.

K.  Medieval Times Bus- Cost of the bus for the 5th grade students to Medieval Times.

L.  Iceland-expense for rental deposit for ice skating party.

M.  Teachers Lucheon- PTA provides a  Holiday Luncheon.

N.  Winter Holiday Assembly- Approx. $1.00 per student towards a gift for all Lalor School Students.

O.  Classroom Gifts- Funds given to all Lalor Teachers to be used to purchase items for their classroom.

P.  Dance- light refreshments,beverage,DJ and candy for those who attend.

Q.  Spring Holiday Assembly- candy rabbits for every student in Lalor School.

R.  MAT//ESPA Breakfast- A light snack is provided for those children who DID NOT have breakfast on the test mornings.

S.  MAT Test Treats- A treat is provided for every student on the last day of testing.

T.  Field Day- PTA provides ribbons,treats and water for the children.

U.  End of the Year Picnic- Hot dogs,rolls,chips,juice etc. for the picnic.

V.  School Assemblies- Funds provided for educational assemblies.

W.  School Beautification- plants and flowers used to beautify our school.

X.  Appreciation Fund- Acknowledgment for personal events for the Lalor staff and PTA.

Y.  Emergency Fund- Unanticipated association funds.

Z.  School Trips-Funds to help in the cost of field trips for the students.

AA.  5th Grade Dance- PTA sponsored event with 5th grade parents responsible for all arrangements.

VV. Family math- Funds toward family math expenses.

WW. Student planners- Student Planners for students in grades 2-5.

XX. Homework Folders- Folders for students in grades K-1.
