VAZHAKKAI FRY:
Plantain(Vazhakkai)=1
Curry leaves=few
Onion(small)=1/4
Garlic=2
Red chilli powder=1 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder=1/2tsp
Oil=3tsp
Salt to taste
Grind the onion, garlic and curryleaves very coarsely.Remove the skin from the plantain and cut into round slices.
In a pan add the grinded mixture, plantain, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it well.
Add a little amount of water and cook until the plantains are tender.
In a heated tava add 2 tsp of oil and fry the vazhakkai.
