URUNDAI KOZHAMBU:

Onion=3
Tomato=2
Garlic=4
Bengal gram=1/2cup
Red chilli powder=2 tsp
Turmeric powder=1/2tsp
Curry leaves=few
Green chilli=1 Oil=3tsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind paste=1/4tsp

Grind the bengalgram with chilli in a blender. Chop the onions and tomatoes finely. Smash the garlic flakes. Add the chopped onion to the grinded mixture and form smallshape balls. In a heated pan add oil and add vadavam or mustard seeds. When it splutters add onion, tomato, garlic curry leaves and stir it well. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, tamarind paste and add 1cup of water and close it with a lid and allow it to boil for few minutes. Add the round shape balls and cook it for 10 more minutes in a low flame.
