TOMATORICE(II):
Rice=1cup
Tomato=3
Onion(thinly sliced)=3/4cup
Ginger=1/2 inch
Garlic=4
Green chilly=1
Kesaripowder=a pinch
Cinnamonstick(small)=1
Cloves=2
Turmericpowder=1/4tsp
Redchillipowder=1tsp
Anise seeds=1/4tsp
Mintleaves=1/4cup
Water=2cups
Oil=3tsp
Ghee or dalda=1tsp
Salt to taste
Grind ginger, garlic, aniseseeds, 1tomato into a thick paste.
In a pressure cooker add oil and dalda and add cinnamonstick, cloves,
mintleaves and fry it for few seconds.
Add onion and the grinded mixture and fry it for a minute.
Then add chillipowder, turmericpowder, kesaripowder, salt, rice and water and stir it and cook
it for 12-15 minutes. Serve it with onionraita.
