Tomatokurma:
Tomato=1cup
Onion=1/2cup
Mint leaves=few
Coconut=4tbs
Green chillies=2
Chilli powder=1 tsp
Turmeric powder=1/4 tsp
Oil=3tsp
Ginger=1/4 inch
Garlic=4 flakes
Fennel seeds=1tsp
Cinnamon=1 stick
Cloves=2
Salt to taste
Grind the coconut, ginger,garlic and fennel seeds into a fine paste.
In a heated pan add oil and add cinnamon,cloves and fry it and then
add mint leaves, chopped onions and tomatoes and green chillies.
FRy for a few minutes and add turmeric powder,chilli powder
salt and grounded mixture and mix well. Then add 1cup of water and for
10 minutes. Serve it with idli or dosai
