SEMIYA PAYASAM:
Semiya(Vermicelli)=3/4cup
Milk= 2cups
Sugar=6tbs
Water=1/4cup
Cashews=6
Raisins=6
Cardamom powder=1/4tsp
Ghee=2tsp
Fry the cashews and raisins in the ghee and keep aside.
Then add the semiya and fry it in the ghee for a few seconds
and then add 1cup of milk and 1/4cup of water and allow it to
cook. After it is cooked add sugar, cardamom powder and the
remaining milk and let it boil for a minute. Finally
add the cashews and raisins.
