PAAL PAYASAM:
Rice=3tsp
Milk=3cups
Cardamom powder=1/4tsp
Ghee=3tsp
Sugar=10tsp
Cashews=6
Raisins=6
Fry the cashews and raisins in the ghee and keep aside.
Then add the rice and fry it in the ghee for a few seconds
and then add 2cups of milk and allow it to cook. After it
is cooked add sugar, cardamom powder and the remaining milk
and let it boil for few minutes. Finally add the cashews and raisins.
