RAVA PAYASAM:
Rava(Semolina)=5ogms
Milk=2cups
Sugar=1cup
Water=1/4cup
Cashews=7
Raisins=7
Ghee=2tbs
Cardamom powder=1/4tsp
Fry the cashews and raisins in the ghee and keep aside.
Then add the rava and fry it in the ghee for a few seconds
and then add 1cup of milk and 1/4cup of water and allow it
to cook. After it is cooked add sugar, cardamom powder and
the remaining milk and let it boil for few minutes. Finally
add the cashews and raisins.
