POORI:
Wheat flour=2cups
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
In a bowl add flour, salt and 2tsp of oil and
knead well by adding required amount of water and
make a soft dough. Make this into smooth round even sized
balls. Using a roller flatten the balls one by one
to make it round and flat of medium thickness.
Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully and
then remove it from the frying pan. Serve hot with
Potato masala or channa masala.
