PRAWNFRY:
Prawns=1/4kg
Onion(finely chopped)=1 cup
Tomato(finely chopped)=3/4cup
Ginger=1 inch
Garlic=7
Turmeric powder=3/4 tsp
Redchillipowder=1 1/2tsp
Anise seeds=3/4tsp
curryleaves=few
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)=4 tbs
Oil= 3tsp
Salt to taste
Clean the prawns.
Grind the ginger, garlic and aniseseeds into a fine paste.
In a heavy bottomed kadai add the oil and heat it.
Add the gingergarlic paste and fry for a minute. Then add the onion, tomato, chillipowder, turmericpowder and salt and fry it for 4 minutes.
Add the prawns and cook till the prawns become tender. Then add curry and corianderleaves and fry it well.
