PAKODA:
Besan flour=1cup
Rice flour=1cup
Green chilly=4
Onion=3
Redchilli powder=1tsp
Baking soda=a pinch
Curry leaves=few
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)=2tbs
Ghee=2tbs
Oil for frying
Chop the onions and greenchillies finely.
Sieve both the flours together with salt and chilli powder.
In a large bowl rub ghee with soda till it forms a frothy paste and mix
the flour to this and blend well with fingertips till ghee is equally dispersed
and add other ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Sprinkle little water just to hold the flour.
Using the fingertips crumble the dough and put directly
into the oil and deep fry till crisp.
