MURUKKU:
Rice flour=2cup
Urad flour=5tsp
Sesame seeds=1/4tsp
Cumin seeds=1tsp
asafoetida=a pinch
Butter=25g
Salt to taste
Oil fro frying
Mix the flours and add other ingredients and mix
well.Add water little by little and knead well into
a soft dough. With the help of a murukku presser fry
it in a deep pan of heated oil, until it turns
golden brown in colour.
