Mixture:
Boondi=1cup
Omappodi=1cup
Peanuts=1/4cup
Aval=1/2cup
Cashews=2tbs
Chilli powder=1/4tsp
Curry leaves=few
Fry the aval in hot oil and drain the oil completely.
Fry the cashew pieces, peanuts and curry leaves in the oil,
drain and add to to the aval. In a bowl, add boondi, omappodi,
friedcashews,aval,peanuts and curryleaves. Sprinkle the
chilly powder and stir to mix well. Store in an airtight container.
