MUTTONGRAVY:
Mutton=1/4kg
Onion(finely chopped)=1 cup
Tomato(finely chopped)=3/4cup
Ginger=1 inch
Garlic=7
Coconut=1/2cup
Cinnamonstick(small)=1
Cloves=2
Green chilly=2
Turmeric powder=3/4 tsp
Redchillipowder=1 tsp
Anise seeds=1 tsp
curryleaves=few
Mintleaves=3tbs
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)=2 tsp
Oil= 3tsp
Salt to taste
Clean and cut the mutton into small pieces.
Grind the coconut, ginger, garlic, chilly and aniseseeds into a fine paste.
Add the mutton, gingergarlic paste, onion, tomato, redchillipowder, turmeric powder,
salt and the grinded mixture in a pressure cooker.
Pressure cook till mutton is tender.
Heat oil in a kadai, add cinnamonstick, cloves, mintleaves, curry and corianderleaves
and pour the gravy and boil it for few minutes.
