MUTTONFRY:
Mutton=1/4kg
Onion(finely chopped)=1 cup
Tomato(finely chopped)=3/4cup
Ginger=1 inch
Garlic=7
Turmeric powder=3/4 tsp
Redchillipowder=1 1/2tsp
Anise seeds=3/4tsp
curryleaves=few
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)=4 tbs
Oil= 3tsp
Salt to taste
Clean and cut the mutton into small pieces.
Grind the ginger, garlic and aniseseeds into a fine paste.
Add the mutton, gingergarlic paste, onion, tomato, redchillipowder, turmeric powder
and salt in a pressure cooker.
Pressure cook till mutton is tender.
Heat oil in a kadai, pour in the meat
and the gravy that is left. Add corianderleaves, curryleaves and fry on a low flame till it turns brown.
