MEDUVADAI:
Urad dal=3/4cup
Green Chilli=4
Ginger=1/2 inch piece
Chopped Onion=1cup
Coriander leaves=3tbs
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Soak the dal for 3hrs.
Add 2 green chillies, salt, dal and ginger in
a blender.Grind the mixture to a smooth and firm paste.
Add onions, corinader leaves and finely chopped chillies and
and mix it well.
Take a ball of this mixture and place it on a wet hand
and pat it to flatten it a little and make a hole in the middle
and drop it carefully in the hot oil.
Deepfry them till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
Drain off the excess oil and serve hot.
