Mintchutney:
Mint leaves=1cup
Coriander leaves=1/4cup
Grated coconut=4tbs
Black gram=1tbs
Tamarind=smallmarblesize
Ginger=small piece
Green chillies=2
Asafoetida=a pinch
Oil =2tsp
Salt to taste
Wash mint and coriander leaves and drain the water.
In a pan add 2tsps of oil and fry the blackgram till
goldenbrown and then add green chillies,ginger, grated coconut
and mint leaves and fry for a minute. Finally add coriander leaves
and tamarind nad fry for few seconds. In a blender add all the ingredients
and then add salt and grind it into a fine paste.
