MASALVADAI:
Bengal Gram==1cup
Green Chilli=4
Ginger=1/2 inch piece
Fennel seeds=1tsp
Garlic=2
Chopped Onion=1cup
Curry leaves=few
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Soak the bengal gram for 2hrs.
Add 2 green chillies, salt, bengal gram, fennel seeds and ginger in
a blender.Grind this mixture very coarsely.Place this mixture in a bowl
then add onions, curry leaves,finely chopped chillies.Take the garlic
smash it and mix with it.
Take a ball of this mixture and place it on a wet hand
and pat it to flatten it a little. Then drop them in hot oil.
Fry until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
Drain off the excess oil and serve hot.
