KARASEV:
Rice flour=3cup
Besan=1 cup
Black Pepper=2 tsp
Butter=6tbs
Asafoetida=a pinch
Salt to taste
In a bowl add the besan, rice flour, butter, pepper and salt
and mix it well. Add very little water and knead into a thick
dough. Heat the oil in a pan and hold a holed laddle(Jallikarandi)
over the oil and rub small amount of the dough through the holes.
Deep fry these until golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain
off the excess oil in a paper towels.
