KESARI:
Rava= 1cup
Sugar=1cup
Ghee=5tbs
Kesaripowder= a pinch
Cardamom=1/4tsp
Take 2tbs ghee in a pan.Fry cashews and raisins in the ghee.Then
fry the rava lightly.
In a separate pan add 2cups of water and a pinch of kesari powder
and bring it to boil. When it boils add rawa and allow it to cook.
Then add sugar and cardamom powder and keep until it becomes a non-sticky paste.
