JAVARISI PAYASAM:
Javarisi(Sago)=1/2cup
Milk=2cups
Water=1/4cup
Sugar=5tbs
Cashews=10
Raisins=10
Cardamom powder=1/4tsp
Ghee=2tsp
Fry the cashews and raisins in the ghee and keep aside.
Then add the javarisi and fry it in the ghee for a few seconds
and then add 1cup of milk and 1/4cup of water and allow it to
cook well until it become colourless. After it is cooked add
sugar, cardamom powder and the remaining milk and let it boil
for few minutes. Finally add the cashews and raisins.
