IDIYAPPAM:
Rice flour=1cup
Oil=1tsp
Water=2cups
Salt to taste
In a pan add water and salt and heat it.Once the water
boils add the rice flour and remove from the flame. Mix it
well so that no lumps are formed. Apply oil to idli plates.
In a murukku mould(which has holes in it, when pressed the
dough is squeezed out through the holes like thin noodles)
put balls of the dough and press it. Spread the noodles on the
plate. Steam it for 5 minutes. Serve it with kurma.
