Chutneys

Groundnutchutney:

Groundnuts=1cup
Red chilly=2
Asafoetida=a pinch
Mustard seeds=1/4tsp
Curry leaves=few
Tamarind Paste=1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Oil=1tsp

In a dry pan add groundnuts and fry it till golden brown. In a blender add groundnuts, chillies, tamarind, salt and asafoetida. Grind it into a fine paste. In a pan add 1 tsp of oil and add mustard seeds, when it splutters add curry leaves and then add it to the chutney.
