EGGOMLETTE:

Egg=2
Onion(finely chopped)=1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Ginger=1 tsp
Oil= 3tsp
Chilli Powder=1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder=1/4tsp
Green Chilli=3
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)=4 tsp
Salt to taste

In a heated pan add a tsp of oil and then add onion, chilly and ginger and fry it for a minute. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and mix it well and remove it from the heat. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the fried mixture and coriander leaves and mix it well. In a heated tava add a tsp of oil and pour the egg mixture and cook it for few seconds.
