CUTLET:

Potatoes=2
Carrots=2
Beans=5
Onion=1
Green peas=1/4cup
Red chilli powder=1tsp
Turmeric powder =1/4 tsp
Kesari powder= a pinch
Garam masala powder=1/2tsp
Salt per taste
BreadCrumbs or Rusk powder= 1cup
All purpose flour=3tbs
Oil for frying

Peel and chop onions finely. Cook potatoes and mash it well. Steam carrots and beans and cools down. GGrate the vegetables. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry it until golden brown. Add the mashed potatoes,grated carrots and beans and green peas and fry it for a minute. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, kesari powder and salt and stir well. cook the mixture until the moisture is absorbed. Allow it to cool down.Add very little water to the flour and beat into a thick batter. Make medium sized balls from the mixture. Flatten out each ball to form thick rounds. Dip these in the batter and then in the bread crumbs. Deep fry the cutlets in hot oil until brown and crisp on the outside. Drain off the excess oil and serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
