CAPSICUMRICE:
Rice=1cup
Capsicum=3(medium size)
Onion(finely chopped)=3/4cup
Tomato=1/4cup
Gingergarlicpaste=1tsp
Turmeric powder=1/4tsp
Red chilli powder=1tsp
Garammasalapowder=1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Oil=3tsp
Cut the capsicum into medium sized pieces.
In a heated pan add oil and add onion, tomato and gingergarlic paste and
fry it for a minute. Add turmericpowder, chilli powder, garammasala and salt
and mix it well. Add little bit of water and close the lid and allow
it to cook for 5 minutes.
Stir it well and mix it with the cooked rice.
