CHAKKARAIPONGAL:
Rice=1cup
Water=31/4cup
Milk=1/4cup
Jaggery=11/4cup
Cashews=15
Raisins=10
Cardamom powder=1/4tsp
Ghee=7tsp
Oil=3tsp
Add rice,milk,water in a pressure cooker and cook well.
Then slightly smashed the cooked rice.Put jaggery and dissolve in little
water so that it just completely dissolves and heat it separately.
Then add the jaggery to the cooked mixture and cook stirring
continuously.Roast cashews and raisins in ghee and oil till golden
colour then and add this to the mixture and stir well.
