Corianderchutney:
Coriander leaves=11/2cup
Urud dal=1tbs
Ginger=small piece
Green chillies=2
Grated coconut=1tbs
Oil=2tsp
Tamarind paste=1/4tsp
Asafoetida=a pinch
Salt to taste
Wash the coriander leaves and keep it aside. In a
pan add 2tsps of oil and fry the dal till golden brown and
add ginger, chillies, coconut and fry for a minute.
In a blender add coriander leaves, frid ingredients, salt,
tamarind , asafoetida and grind it into a fine paste.
