COCONUTRICE:
Rice=1cup
GratedCoconut=1cup
Greenchilly=4
Mustard seeds=1/2tsp
Urad dal=1tsp
Bengal gram=1tsp
Curry leaves=few
Asafoetida= a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil=2tsp
In a pan heat 2 tsp of oil and add the urad dal and bengalgram and fry it till golden brown.
Add mustard seeds and when it splutters add curryleaves, asafoetida, chillies, salt
and coconut and mix it well and fry it few more minutes.
To this add cooked rice and mix well.
