Rice=1cup
Onion(thinly sliced)=3/4cup
Tomato=1/4cup
Green chilly=4
Mint leaves=1/2cup
Coconut milk=11/2cup
Cinnamon stick=1
Cloves=4
Gingergarlicpaste=2tsp
Ghee or dalda=2tsp
Oil=4tsp
Water=1/2cup
Grind the ginger, garlic and anise seeds into a fine paste. Cut the onions into thin slices.In a heated pressure cooker add oil and ghee. Add gingergarlic paste and mint leaves and fry it for few seconds. Add onion, tomato and chillies and fry it well.Then add coconut milk, water, rice and salt and cook it for 12-15 minutes.
