CHEPANGKIZHANGU FRY:
Chepangkizhangu(Colocasia)=5
Red chilli powder=1 tsp
Turmeric powder=1/2tsp
Curry leaves=few
Oil=3tsp
Tamarind paste=1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Clean and peel the skin.
Cut the kizhangu into small pieces.
Add kizhangu, chilli powder, turmeric powder,tamarind paste and salt in a bowl
and mix it well.
Marinate it for 1/2 hour.
In a heated pan add oil and add the kizhangu
and fry until they are roasted. In the end, add curry leaves and stir.
