CARROTHALWA:
Grated Carrots=3cup
Sugar=11/2cup
Milk=1/2cup
Cardamompowder=1/4tsp
Chopped Cashews=2tbs
Raisins=8
Ghee=5tsp
Put carrot, milk in a pan and allow it to cook
for 15 minutes in medium heat and stir it occasionally.
Once its cooked and absorbs all the liquid add sugar and
cardamom powder and cook further till thickens.
Fry the cashews and raisins in ghee and add this to
the mixture and stir well.Serve hot or cold.
