COCONUTBURFI:
Coconut=1cup
Milk=1/4cup
Sugar=1cup
Cardamom=4Nos.
Ghee=4tbs
Grind the coconut, cardamom into a paste by adding milk.
Heat this mixture in a pan. Add kesari powder and stir continously.
Meanwhile apply ghee in a plate.
When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan
add the remaining ghee and pour into the plate.
Allow it to cool for a minute then cut into
diamond shaped burfies.
