CAULIFLOWER FRY:

Cauliflower=1(small-size)
Onion(finely chopped)=1cup
Tomato(finely chopped)=1/2cup
Gingergarlicpaste=1tsp
Red chilli powder=1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder=1/2tsp
Curry leaves=few
Chopped corianderleaves=3tsp
Oil=3tsp
Salt to taste

In a heated pan add oil and add gingergarlic paste, onion, tomato and fry it. Add chillipowder, turmericpowder ,salt and stir it well. Add cauliflower and mix it with mixture and close it with a lid and cook it in a low heat, stirring occasionally to see if it is fully cooked and soft. When its fully cooked, remove the lid and roast the cauliflower for few minutes. Garnish it with coriander and curryleaves.
