CHICKEN65:
Chicken=6 pieces(medium-size)
Turmeric powder=1 tsp
Redchillipowder=1 1/4 tsp
Lemonjuice=1tsp
Kesaripowder=1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Add the chicken, lemonjuice, kesari powder, chillipowder, turmericpowder and salt
in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
Heat Oil in a deep fry pan.
Fry the chicken pieces few at a time in a low flame
until the chicken turns reddish brown in color.
