BOONDI:
Besan=1/4kg
Rice flour=1tsp
Salt to taste
Mix besan,riceflour,kesari powder and
the required amt of water to make into a thick liquid
to the consistency of dosa batter. Heat oil in a
frying pan. When the oil is heated up, using a cup pour
the mix little by little on a (boondiplate)perforated spoon
to make boondis.Stir the boondhis until its fully cooked.
Continue with the remaining mix.
