MAIDA BISCUIT:
All purpose flour=1/4kg
Pepper powder=1tsp
Cumin seeds=1tsp
Salt to taste
Mix the flour, pepper powder, cumin seeds and salt.
Add 3 tbs of oil in a pan and heat it and pour into this
mix.Add enough water to bind to a soft dough.
Knead the dough well for few minutes. Make
into balls and roll into very thin large chappathis.
Take a knife and cut it into small diamond shaped
pieces. Heat oil in a kadai and drop the pieces
into the oil and fry till golden brown in color.
